Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a refund only under the following conditions:

1. Authenticity Concerns:
   If you have valid reasons to doubt the authenticity of a product before opening or using it, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Product Condition:
   The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Time Limit:
   Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of parcel delivery.

4. Proof Requirement:
   We require clear proof of any authenticity concern (e.g., comparison photos, manufacturer confirmation, batch code checks, etc.).

   • Vague or unsubstantiated claims will not be accepted.

   • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that lack valid reasoning or evidence.

Refund Process

1. Submit Your Claim:
   Contact us at support@korean-skincare.ae within 7 days of receiving your parcel, including your order number and supporting evidence for your claim.

2. Return Approval & Instructions:
   Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not return items without our confirmation.

3. Product Inspection:
   After the returned product arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition.

   • If the product is found to be unopened and unused, and the authenticity concern is valid, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Issuance:
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Important Notes

• Refund pick-up or return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We do not accept refund claims for used, opened, or tampered products under any circumstances.

• We do not accept refund claims based on change of mind or preference.
